I am especially pleased with Bruce Dern winning best actor for Alexander Payne’s new film Nebraska.
It’s not like I expected Sofia Coppola to win Un Certain Regard, I knew she had little to no chances, but it still would have been nice to see her getting some love. Hopefully the Academy will give her some gold.
